CPTN Terms of Service

Cancellation of attendance at a live workshop or conference must be sent to info@cptn.com 2 weeks prior to start date.

Receipts serve as proof of purchase, but are not indicative of course completion.

Certification status is also pending renewal until all required documents (CEC proof of completion, First Aid and CPR C/AED) are received and verified. Certification Renewal payment is not indicative of valid certification status.

A valid certificate of distinction consists of an expiration date which has not lapsed for more than 6 months and can be confirmed through Education Services (education@cptn.com) as a valid trainer.
